Fertility Insurance & Services
We have you and your family covered, whatever your needs.
We offer Term Life insurance for surrogates and egg donors. Unlike a short duration policy, our term life insurance protects an insured’s loved ones long after a fertility journey ends. Many policies can be issued with minimal medical underwriting and no medical examination.
Our Hospital Recovery policy offers insureds a cash benefit for an unanticipated stay in the hospital. This greatly reduces the financial burden of missing work, arranging childcare, extra housekeeping and other disruptions. The policy pays a daily benefit and independently of other insurance.
Underwritten by Lloyd’s of London this policy provides protection for complications arising from IVF cycles. It is appropriate for surrogates, egg donors or recipients. Various coverage limits are available including optional coverage for loss of reproductive organs.
Surrogate Maternity Care provides maternity medical insurance for a pregnancy through the end of the surrogacy journey. Coverage may be primary or secondary, and riders are available for loss of reproductive organs, total disability and physician ordered bed rest. Coverage is underwritten by Lloyd’s of London and available year-round.
Paramount offers personal consultation for ACA health plan selection and enrollment. We understand the unique needs of the fertility community and offer specific services.
Medical care for newborn babies is usually immediately covered by a parent’s health insurance. This may not be the case for international parents or certain other situations. Paramount has options for parents to insure the cost of a newborn’s medical care.
Services for Intended Parents
Concierge Service
- A detailed consultation to prepare for birth and after birth process and steps
- Assist with the birth plan at hospital and as well as communication with hospital staff to ensure smooth birth plan
- Assist to arrange nanny
- Assist to arrange for housing in the state where Gestational Carrier gives birth
- Assist to arrange transportation- While in the state Surrogate gives birth
In Person Hospital Service
- Coordinator’s travel expenses (car rental, flight, per diem and hotel)
- Assist with baby’s account registration and fees
- Assist with birth certificate work sheet and social security number application
- Assist with newborn immunization card
- Assist with finding a pediatrician appointment
- Ensure smooth process in DL hospital
Document Service
- Translation (if applicable) and Guidance to apply for necessary documents
